Would you like to learn simple effective techniques so you can feel balanced and grounded no matter how busy life gets?

This 7 week online course will guide you through easy, enjoyable ways to help you release old energy so you can feel calm, clear and focused for work and life.

Everyweek we will work with one of the chakras (yogic energy centres of the body). You will receive 2 short meditations (8-15 minutes long) for each of the 7 main chakras.

Taking time to nurture these energy centres can have a positive effect on our physical, emotional and mental health.

2 new meditations will be sent to you each Monday but you can listen to them whenever and as many times as you would like. You will build up a comprehensive bank of meditations for use when needed.

This course combines the most cutting-edge creative visualisation, mindfulness and NLP techniques curated over many years’ study and experience teaching adults in the workplace as well as children and teens.

Although some may be moving meditation and include some gentle yoga, most of the meditation recordings are best done somewhere where you are unlikely to be disturbed and where it is safe for you to close your eyes. Below is the link to the deep relaxation recording for the root chakra as an example..
